Having ISO 9001 quality standard for the past 20 years and having implemented TS 16949:2009 Quality System we have achieved major improvements in all our processes and have developed an extremely lean work environment that has enabled us to exceed our customer requirements and expectations.

ISO / TS16949

The ISO/TS16949 is an ISO technical specification aiming to the development of a quality management system that provides for continual improvement, emphasising defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain.
Prepared by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) and the “Technical Committee” of ISO. It harmonises the country-specific regulations of Quality-Management-Systems.

TS16949 applies to the design/development, production and, when relevant, installation and servicing of automotive-related products. It is based on ISO 9001.

MacB is TS16949 certified since June 2014.

Mac B Statutory & Regulatory conformity.

All purchased products or materials used in product conform to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Mac B Ltd strictly abides to all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Mac B Ltd complies with all ROHS and REACH requirements. All raw material constituents of Automotive Product are effectively analysed through IMDS Reporting which ensures no restricted substance is in the raw material.

Mac B Ltd is committed to ensuring that the product it sells does not contain “Conflict Minerals” (Minerals which are smelted into Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten and Gold) sourced from entities are associated with conflict in the DRC or adjoining countries. Mac B Ltd recognises the importance of the Frank Dodd Act section 1502 and is fully committed to complying with requirements of the Act.

Mac B Ltd requires its suppliers to:

·         Perform sufficient due diligence into their respective supply chains to determine whether product sold to us contain tin, tantalum, tungsten or gold and if so are they sourced from conflict free smelters and inform Mac B Ltd of their due diligence undertaken.
